The Loch house is situated on an acre of stunning Lake Ontario waterfront and offers the most beautiful space to retreat from the everyday and enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, and take in picturesque sunrises and sunsets. Our cozy two bedroom, one bathroom cottage has recently been renovated and is ready to host guests in the summer of 2023. Here are some details about what is included in your s

*All bed linens, pillows, and blankets are included in your stay. Guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels.
*Free on-site Wifi.
*Free streaming services on a flat screen TV.
*Handicapped accessible ramp leads directly to the open concept kitchen and living room of our ranch style cottage.
*Loads of board games and card games for the whole family to enjoy.
*Kayaks and life jackets for guest use.
*NEW in 2023 - we will begin construction on a new lakeside firepit and lounge area in May. Watch for pictures of our progress!
*Fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook the perfect country meal. When booked, watch out for our email on where to get the best local meats, produce, and area specialties.
*Outdoor deck and dining area complete with propane Blackstone grill for guest use.
*Lawns games like Cornhole and Badmitton available in the deck box for guest setup and use.
*Water access both on site and down the street at the community beach area. Our cottage has everything you need for the perfect week-long getaway, and it is conveniently located just one hour from Buffalo, 50 minutes from Niagara Falls, and 35 minutes to Rochester. Cottage closing day is tough, but we are excited for the 2024 season, and expanding the cottage! By 2025 our cottage will include an additional 1000 sq ft of space, and an additional bathroom. We can wait to begin work in fall of 2024!
