At the moment, our property management software provider is experiencing technical difficulties. We are unable to enter new reservations or see which dates we have availability.

If you prefer, you can call and speak with staff to leave your name, contact phone #, dates you are interested in for your stay, and room type. As soon as we are able to login, our staff will call you back. We are hoping that the outage will be resolved shortly.

BIG NEWS ! In celebration of our 50th Anniversary, we are hosting a FREE community concert on Sunday August 16 at 6:00 pm. Julia Gagnon of American Idol fame, along with her band, will entertain us with her amazing voice. Julia has captured hearts across the country with her powerful voice and heartfelt performances, and she's a Maine girl to boot! We anticipate that our food vendors will still be here, so you can make a full evening of it, dinner and an amazing concert. No tickets! No barriers! Just music, neighbors, families, and summer evening air. All you need is a lawn chair or a blanket. (If it's raining, the concert will be held inside Centre Street Congregational Church)

Join us Thursday, June 18, as we kick off the 2026 Kitchen Concert Series in its new home at Middle River Park!

New this year, each concert will feature an opening act beginning at 5 p.m., followed by the main performance at 6 p.m.

We're SO excited to welcome Charone, fresh out of Machiasport, as our first opening act! Then stick around for The SwampWalkers, AMAZING BAND, who will launch us into another summer of music by the river.

For our guests visiting Roque Bluffs State Park, please be aware of the expected road work to commence.

Ditching work on West Kennebec Road is scheduled to begin Thursday, June 4, 2026, continuing into early next week.

Motorists should expect minor delays while work is underway. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.
