The Lighthouse View Motel is now accepting online reservations for the 2023 Season. Our hotel will open this year on Friday, April 28th. We will begin making reservations by phone and in person once we are officially open. Our front desk hours this season will be from 10AM until 10PM. Always use our main website for the best rates.

Today I have great news. After months of hard work, we are currently open for business on a limited basis with 2 of our 5 room types now completed. We have finished renovations on our 3 - One Queen Non-Smoking Premium rooms and our 4 - Two Queen Non-Smoking Premium rooms. Both those room types are located on the 2nd floor. Over the next few weeks we will be adding the other room types that have ground floor rooms as they are finalized. Please use our website www.lighthouseviewmotel.com to make your reservations if possible as it helps give me more time to finish the other rooms. For those that need help with your reservation or have special needs I am more that happy to take your call. I am now monitoring our main hotel phone line at 231-436-5304.
Thank all of you for your patience during our renovations. I am confident you will enjoy all the improvements to our hotel’s buildings, rooms, swimming pool and more. I will be uploading the many new pictures over the coming weeks.

Hi to all our followers,
Last fall we began a complete restoration to the hotel, parking lot and pool room. Due to the Covi-19 situation we encountered both shipping and contractor delays. We are currently making progress but do not yet know what day we will be able to open for sure. Accordingly, we have shut down our reservation system until we can accurately predict our grand opening date. I look forward to showcasing the wonderful improvements that we have made to our property and optimistic that we will be able to open sometime in July of this year. We will begin uploading photos in the coming weeks.

Terry and Marivic, it was nice meeting you, the new owners of the Lighthouse View Motel, over the weekend of April 22-23., 2017, when I made a trip to Mackinaw City with my brother to photograph the Northern Lights (see below photo). I look forward staying at your motel again in the future.
