Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping was proud to once again participate in the Mackinaw City Memorial Day Parade — one of the longest continually running Memorial Day parades in Michigan, and possibly in the entire United States.

Our family-owned and operated campground has been welcoming generations of families to Northern Michigan for decades, and being part of traditions like this is something very special to us. This year, we featured several of our vintage campground and service vehicles in the parade, celebrating both the spirit of Memorial Day and the history and character of Mackinaw City.

We are grateful to our staff, family, friends, and community members who helped make this such a memorable event. 🇺🇸

We just realized we still have rooms open this holiday weekend at the quiet little Mackinac Lake Trail Motel by Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping.

If you’re looking for a peaceful northern Michigan getaway instead of a crowded chain hotel parking lot, this place is something special. Couples especially love it here because it has two person rooms, sits away from the heavy traffic but still only minutes from Mackinaw City and the island ferries.
