We are across the street from public beach access, you can take the 2 minute walk to the beach from a sparkling clean apartment! A plethora of dining and shopping options, as well as convenient amenities are within an easy 10-minute walk. Nearby attractions include John’s Pass (a boardwalk and shopping area), Alligator Attraction
(a wildlife learning center) and the Pirate Ship Royal Conquest (a pirate-themed boat offering daily sailing excursions for the whole family). Golf opportunities and multiple marinas are also available within a 2-mile radius. We are located just a few short steps from famous Dockside Dave’s, they are well known for their mouthwatering grouper, jumbo onion rings and famous key lime pie, they are a local favorite! EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include beach chairs, buggy, cooler and an umbrella, complimentary Wi-Fi, and assigned parking for one car in the outdoor lot. PET FRIENDLY This is one of very few locations that dogs (under 25 pounds) are permitted, must present current vaccination records prior to booking and non-refundable pet deposit of $100 will be added.
