Madeira Bay Resort Unit #411 We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Madeira Bay Resort just across the street from the beach! 😎🌴😎 Fully furnished with bed linens and bath towels provided.

A COUPLE MINUTES WALK TO THE BEACH AND 5 MINUTE WALK TO JOHN'S PASS

The full 4th floor condo includes 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and sliding doors to balconies with beautiful and peaceful view of the marina from the master bedroom and living room balconies. King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom. Wifi and cable. Sleeps 4. Air conditioned. Heated poo

l and hot tub. Covered parking, one parking pass only. Easy access from either Tampa(TPA) or St. Pete International Airport (PIE). 4 Beach chairs provided. Rates vary from ~$150-$275 per night depending on time of the year. Discounts offered for full weeks or monthly bookings. No pets and no smoking. Additional fees beyond the nightly rate are:
$10 per day resort fee up to 7 days
$95 cleaning fee
6% city hospitality tax
7% Florida sales tax

Direct Booking Deposit Information: $200 required upon booking and balance payment due 45 days prior to the start of your stay. Cancellations 14 days prior to check-in will get 100% back and cancellations between 7-14 days will get 50% back. Cancellations 7 days or less will not receive a refund. Hi everyone! Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at Madeira Bay in Madeira Beach, FL has availability for booking starting in May! It is directly across the street from the beach, has a pool and hot tub, and is a short 5 minute walk to John's pass with over 100 shops & restaurants. Please see the calendar below - dates in white are available. Average daily rates vary between $175-$250 plus taxes/fees when booked directly with us.
