Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸 Big thanks to everyone who has worked so hard to keep everything looking great this year.

🌴✨ Post-hurricane repairs are almost finished. Roof and soffits are almost done. The pool fence is fixed. Both elevators are up and running smoothly with new floors. Fresh landscaping is lined up for October.

Inside got a refresh too. New bedroom furniture and TVs earlier this year. We just replaced the sofa cushions and a pull-out mattress. And yes… we even replaced Stephen’s stolen barracuda trophy 🐟🤞 Fingers crossed no more art or décor goes missing!
