It is surrounded by antique dealers in the villages of Bouckville and Madison and just a few minutes from area attractions and local colle

ges. We have four beautifully decorated bedrooms all hosting private bathrooms complete with amenities. Each room has a 22 inch flat screen TV and ample space for your comfort. A 50% deposit is required and must be received within 7 days after booking to secure the reservation of two or more nights. Special event weekends and holidays may require a minimum two night stay. Payment can be in the form of cash, check or money order. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date. I will refund your deposit less a $30.00 processing fee if I am able to fill the entire vacancy caused by the cancellation. Smoking is limited to the side porch and garden area.


* Full advance payment is due for only one night stay. Unfortunately I can only accommodate small pets.
