Fully furnished, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, 3 story, This home features one bedroom & bathroom on each of its three levels. Dogs allowed with restrictions and non-refundable pet fee.

A large master suite with king bed in a master suite and pull-out queen sofa bed are located on the second level, a queen bed master suite is located on the first level, a bunk bed (twin over a full) and a full-sized futon are located on the lower level. The private bath on the lower level just outside the bunk room features a jet tub bath.

This home features a converted garage / game room with pool table, foosball table and dartboard. Gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and large gas grill. Hot tub on property is not included but is available for additional fee of $75 per month.

Lawn care, water/sewer, pest control, and garbage pickup included. Tenant is responsible for electric and internet/Wi-Fi.

The approach to this property is a steeper paved mountain road with a short distance with a short steeper drive. All-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive and/or snow tire chains would be required in a winter weather event.

It’s so cold across the East that Cataloochee Ski Area in Maggie Valley, North Carolina is firing up the lifts, opening Wednesday for the season! 🎿

Right now it’s a bone-chilling 17°F up there allowing them to make snow. Here in Florida, we’re waking up to “wait, is this real life?” kind of cold:
