End of season is my favorite time of year. Yes, really. 🍸

Tonight Maggie and I sat down at The Tiki Bar at The Front Porch Piano Bar & Restaurant in Ogunquit with Shawn and Jimmy, two of our amazing homeowners. We talked about how the season went, what we can improve, and how to make the experience even better across the whole KMA family. Honestly, it's the best kind of business meeting: appetizers, martinis, and zero PowerPoint slides.

Shawn and Jimmy bought their property with me back in 2020. Through a couple of different transitions, we're still working together, and I couldn't be more thankful for this relationship. Their home is now in the top 10% on Airbnb, and we've kept communication strong the entire way.
