What makes this achievement even more special is that Pink Bubbles is 100% Shawnee Hills grown and produced, showcasing the quality and character of Southern Illinois wine. This sparkling rosé is a unique blend of Chambourcin, Cabernet Franc, and Traminette, creating a vibrant wine with bright berry notes, delicate floral aromas, and a lively sparkle that has become a guest favorite.

These awards are a testament to the incredible grapes grown in the Shawnee Hills AVA, the dedication of our team, and the support of our customers who continue to champion local wine.
