What started as a vision, a whole lot of hard work, and a park that needed a lot of love has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of.

We couldn’t have done it without the people who chose to call Unhitched RV Park & Landing home — even if just for a little while. To every guest who has stayed with us, recommended us, shared a kind word, or trusted us with their home on wheels… thank you.

We’re still working, still improving, and still dreaming bigger. What you see today didn’t happen overnight but rather one space, one project, one long day, and one guest at a time.

Ever feel like you just can’t keep up, no matter how hard you work!?

The bills. The job. The errands. The endless to-do list. Wake up, rush, work, repeat… and somehow there’s STILL not enough time in the day.

Life can feel like one giant rat race.

But maybe we weren’t meant to spend our whole lives racing.
Sometimes you just need to hit the brakes. Take a deep breath. Plug in. Sit outside. Watch the sunset. Spend time with the people you love. Let the kids play. Listen to the water. And remember that life is happening RIGHT NOW not when you retire.

That’s why we love what we’re building here.

A place to slow down.
A place to breathe.
A place to make memories.
A place to simply… UNHITCH.
Because at the end of the day, nobody wishes they had spent more time working.

As we enjoy camping on this cooler breezy night we are overwhelmed with gratitude. We hate having to turn away guests but THANK YOU to all of our guests that have kept our RV Park full. We still have so many exciting amenities and improvements planned but we are very grateful for the ones that have been so encouraging and excited to see all that the park has become.

Meet Midnight.
He was abandoned when he was very sick.

The family he trusted left him behind, but this sweet boy never gave up on people.

Today, Midnight is the heart of our park. Owners and campers stop to visit him, check on him, and make sure he’s cared for.

He may have lost one family, but he gained an entire community.

We all love him and know you will too!
