We have a last minute cancellation for THIS weekend and it happens to be Mammoth JazzFest weekend. Grab the chance to stay at our beautiful, clean and comfortable condo. The village will offer 2 nights of jazz in Mammoth! From smooth and soulful to swing, Latin, and contemporary sounds, JazzFest brings world-class musicians to the mountains.

The bands will play in the Village fri and Sat night, July 11-12th from 4:30-10:00 pm at ! 🎷🎶

Mammoth Lakes Basin Update 📣

🚗 Lake Mary Road will open to vehicle traffic this Friday, May 23 at 7am!
⛺️ Twin Lakes Campground will also open for the weekend.

⚠️ Please note:
- Other campgrounds in the Lakes Basin are delayed until June 6 due to lingering snow.
- Many trails are still snow-covered, so be prepared for winter hiking conditions.
- Parking, picnic areas, and day-use sites will be limited.

💡 Visit Mammoth Pro Tip: Take the Lakes Basin Trolley—it’s easy, scenic, and fun! Load your bike on the bus’s trailer, ride up, and cruise down the bike path back to town. Well-behaved, leashed, and muzzled dogs are welcome too!
