Teen Leadership Program
C.I.T. - (Counselor In Training) for teens entering grades 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th

25 years ago Country Roads pioneered the teen leadership program and continues to lead the way in sculpting a dynamic opportunity for young teens to have a fantastic summer while taking on leadership and role model responsibilities that promote maturity and personal growth. Your very own clubho

L.I.T. (Lifeguard in training) program included
CPR / 1st Aid certifications
You pick which age group you want to mentor
Fun-filled trips for an entire week at a time (alternating with your mentor weeks) to awesome places like Broadway Shows, Red Bull games, and more
Free season pass to Great Adventure & Hurricane Harbor
Overnight trip to Dorney Park or Hershey Park
All Junior Counselor positions are hired directly from our awesome C.I.T.s
Be a CIT this year & earn a lot of money as a Junior Counselor the following year! Our CITs are promoted to Junior Counselors right from our program. They have a lot of fun while working with the campers. Every young teen should be a Country Roads CIT at least one summer. It also includes 20 memorable trips!
