Shallows Beach House

Good Morning from Shallows,
As many of you know from our update emails, we suffered significant damage from Helene and then got decimated by Milton. In other words, we got the double tap from this year’s hurricane season. After Helene we began working with an awesome structural engineer. He has been helping us get with the right people to move forward. We cannot salvage the original building and will be starting fresh up high.
On a side note for those who haven’t seen it yet, Shallows was turned into this meme below. It’s been spreading around all the Englewood and Manasota pages. I would like to note the wood post on the front left was put in place after Helene and it was the only one that made it through Milton. So a big shout out to the work of Eric with ENM Enterprises, LLC. We also want to thank our amazing guests! We have felt so much love by all your emails and texts. We are floored at how many of you wanted to head down to help us! We look forward to celebrating the new and improved Shallows in the future! ❤️💪🏻
Lastly, We still feel for those who don’t have a place to relax while our little beach town rebuilds. If you’re in the area please come down and support our local community.

Thank you to those who have reached out yesterday and today. Shallows made it through Idalia. We have tons of sand to contend with over the next few weeks. We suffered some exterior damage from the surge and high tide. We are thankful as it could have been worse. 🙏🏻 for all those also affected.

We had a group cancellation for this Jun 17-24th. We have four 1b/1b that each sleep 4 people all available right on the gulf. We are perfect for groups and large families that want some separation, but still be together. The units can also be booked individually if you’re looking for a beach getaway without the extended relatives.
