***Attention boaters*** Milfoil Infestation***

***PLEASE AVOID THIS AREA***

A large patch of Eurasian Water Milfoil has been located around Upper Sister Island and the gap between Upper Sister Island and Lower Sister Island. The area is surrounded with yellow milfoil buffer buoys. These plants are very fragile and one boat through this area could cause fragmentation to spread further throughout the lake.

Thank you to the Cobbosseecontee Lake Association volunteers and Watershed Friends for their rapid response, dedication, and hard work.
