Hey Ya’ll, River Ricky here. It looks like the Outfitter will be down another year. We will continue to try and reopen in some form in the coming years.

I would be open to sharing the admin role with someone who would want to use this platform as a way to communicate with community paddlers. Please let me know if interested.

***Finally, DO NOT ATTEMPT THE DAM FALLS!! There is a man eater hole at the bottom that is unavoidable. Trust me, I’ve tried to convince myself that there is a way. At the end of the day I think you probably die! NOT WORTH IT!

Okay, I’ve loved every tour with my whole heart and hope to be back someday. Our area is special. Happy paddles everyone! Remember SNAFA= swim with current. Never go alone. Always wear a pfd. Feet first in the rapids. Awareness of conditions.
