Thank you to all the guests we’ve welcomed in the past weeks - we look forward to welcoming many more of you!

We hope to our have our event spaces ready for rental reservations by late July/early August. Our Dining Room will be the perfect venue for your anniversary, birthday, baby, reunion, or wedding celebrations.

We also hope to resume our Friday Night Karaoke in the Maquoketa Cave beginning in early August. Please stay tuned for days/hours, menu and event announcements for the Cave! We hope to see you down there soon!

Hello everyone. My name is Mike and I am the new owner at the Decker Hotel. I know I have made a courageous decision and with all of your support, I will be successful at this 😄. I wanted to say THANKS to the previous owner for the opportunity and all the help that they are offering me to get me on board. Specially Josh, Sarah and Nathan. I love the town and specially the people. All of you guys are great people and fun to be around. I don’t want to build a business. I want to build the people ( all of you guys). And then people( you guys ) will build the business. I will work hard towards being significant and with all of your support, success should naturally follow. Long story short…. As a new business owner, I wanted to thanks each and every one of you with your continue support. I promise I will do everything to make sure that you all are having fun at our bar ( Maquoketa cave ) just like you had it in the past 😄. The Maquoketa Cave
