Reminder !
All year round no matter what , the speed limit is 5 miles per hour ! Please use the right side of campground to go out back on off season! There are children on the left side ! There was a close call a few days ago. Those are my rules and apply to everyone ! NO four wheelers on the campground property ! Especially for children ! I might make an exception if I am asked and approve ! General rule ( NO) further more we are open year round for a select few that live there! The rules apply year round . I promise I know what’s going on ! We do have cameras with a posted sign saying that!
I will be at camp at 11 am Saturday to take payments check or cash ! Please find me or text when you get to camp or to make arrangements.
The cabin bathroom and pavillian bathroom will be open ! NO over nights this weekend !
Please unplug your electric when you leave ! This is a bonus weekend ! Friday is official opening day ! If you have not signed the documents for this year please PM your email address this needs to be completed by May 15th or you will NOT be permitted to camp. Thank you.

Good morning Everyone,

This season we will have the ability to take payments in the store for campers/site payments on quick books, just NOT using the card swiper in the store. Also ALL documents have been sent out to those that have supplied their email addresses or signed one via docusign last year. Please check your emails , junk and spam folders and get these back by May 15th at the absolute latest or you will NOT be permitted to camp. Paper copies will also be available for some at the camp meeting. If you have not received one please PM me your email address so that I can get those documents sent to you.

PSA:

24-26 is campers clean up days. Unless you have prior authorization by Robin these are the days to adhere to. We are busy trying to get the grounds and store ready for opening. We need all the other days to make sure we can get thing done in time. Please refer to prior post on prices and payment options.

Things that are a little different this year ....

1. April is in charge of the store any questions regarding the store go through her.

2. Aiden is in charge of all postings regarding events and specials etc. Any special requests for specials this season please direct those to April or Aiden.

3. Rick, Hans and Jeff are in charge of all grounds. Nothing gets done without Robin's approval so do not get upset with the guys. If there is an issue you that you cant respectfully discuss with them you can then come to Robin.

4. Mindy is in charge of all business page responses, documents, invoices and payments and questions in regards to those.

If you can't get something answered or taken care of by one of these people above then you can go to Robin directly.She herself has put the people above in charge and in the positions they are in. We hope you give all of them the same respect you do her. We appreciate all of your help, support and understanding.

Please see below this years pricing and the increases that will go into place in 2027. If you pay your seasonal in FULL by April 29,2026 you will receive a $100 discount. If you are having an additional fridge on site that has been approved it is an additional $125 for the season. If you have any questions please PM us. If you owe any money for last season or to us at all that is due ASAP or you will not be allowed to camp this season. Thank you.
Invoices will go out again this year soon via quickbooks if you plan to pay that way. You may NOT utilize the store this year for any payments for camping. Cash,Check or quickbooks will be the preferred form of payment this year and going forward unless otherwise discussed and absolutley neccessary. We have had way to many forms happening and per my accountant this year we must scale back to these options thank you for understanding. Also everyone will be required to sign the docusign documents by no later than May 15th if these documents are not signed you will not be permitted to camp. This is for our protection and yours. Even if you signed them last year they need to be signed this year and every year going forward.please pm your emails so I can send them next week.

Hello friends !
Almost that time ! A couple of reminders ! Clean up weekend is 24-25-26
Moving campers , cleaning campsites !
All garbage in dumpster! Remove electronics and take home !!!! Please Stop throwing them on the ground next to dumpster or in it ! There’s a camera now facing it ! No mattresses or furniture ! Take that home and dispose of it ! No tires just like anyplace else !
No electric golf carts unless you plan on using a generator! Electric is rising at a terrible pace!

Please use generators for your air conditioning ! That helped along with many of you using propane keep the expenses at a more reasonable pace! Jeffery can hook you up if you are in need of a tank at a very reasonable price ! I switched to them myself so you know that I support them !

Please use led lights for outside ! Or solar!
The seasonal is due by April 29 for the discount! If you need a couple days extra reach out ! There is still that 100 off for paying on time in full ! Regular season price goes into effect May 1st !
Payment plan is an extra 100.00!
And at my discretion based on Past payment history! Any card payment payments through the system have a % add-on for using your bank card that’s through QuickBooks not me! Just like with any other bank card that you use anywhere!
The calendar is being made ! Contact Denise ! Set your date ! We want it ready by opening! So please let her know or the calendar will be made and you might miss out ! All dates need to be confirmed with her before print !

There’s a burn ban until May 15 ! You may use your fire ring ! No burning leaves ! No big fires even in your fire ring !
Please do NOT use the dumpster for your business garbage or home garbage ! That’s not fair to the campers ! We have trailer if for some reason you have a lot of stuff to get rid of ! Ask !!!! No garbage on the property ! Including construction ! The seasonal price is last years increase! We did not increase from last years new rate due to the overwhelming help in keeping costs reasonable ! Thank you ! Prices are on the next post !
