January - April is Marco’s high season. All rentals during these months start on the first day of the month and end on the last day. January $12,000

May - November

Condo Association rules are that all rentals a

Additional costs renters must pay are state and county rental tax (12%) on rental and cleaning fee. The Royal Seafarer charges renters $100 per stay for use of all amenities (i.e., pool, tennis courts, free laundry, exercise room) and parking and there is a $150 departure cleaning fee.
