We have our family condominium up for rent in beautiful Marco Island. This unit has recently gone through a complete renovation. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo on the second floor has been tastefully decorated with travertine floors, Corian countertops throughout, all new appliances, new carpeting, all new furniture, and a fresh coat of paint. Each bedroom as well as the living room have flat panel televisions with cable programming and high speed Wifi throughout the condo. There is a washer and drier in the unit. There is roughly 1900 sq ft under air, and another 500 sq ft wrap around deck with views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Island of Marco. The unit comes fully furnished with table service for 8, all linens, and towels.

The building requires pass-key entry, and consists of resident owners with only 43 total units. Amenities include elevator service, covered parking, tennis courts, workout room, social room, swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor dining and grill, and a fishing pier with excellent fishing. The views from the common areas are of the Gulf of Mexico and Ten Thousand Islands.
We will only rent to one or two tenants per calendar year. Rental is $7,500 to $9,500 per month with a 90 day minimum rental period. Rent does not include city, state, or local taxes. A $300 cleaning fee and a $1000 damage deposit will be charged at the time of rental. Prospective tenants must be approved by the condo board, and will be required to follow all building rules and regulations.

Our building has recently gone through a engineers study to insure that the building is safe and sound after the building collapse in Miami. This was a proactive measure taken by our board, and is going to be commonplace in Southwest Florida. We have done all recommended repairs, and upgraded the exterior of the building and mechanicals. We are currently doing Hurricane Ian repairs on the pool and fishing pier, expected to be completed in the fall of 2023. Please call or message with any questions.
