West Shore Resort Lake Gogebic The West Shore Resort is located on beautiful Lake Gogebic, Upper Michigan's largest inland lake. Visa, Mastercard, and pets are accepted.

With our eight cozy cabins we offer a warm, friendly stay for family, friends, or group vacation getaways. Our resort is centrally located on the west shore twelve miles north of US-2 and six miles south of M-28 on highway M-64. We offer reasonable, competitive rates for our two-bedroom, fully equipped cabins.

Just checked the ice out front. 4" of good solid ice with 2" of snow on top. No slush. Saw a group of sledders go by this evening. Ice depth may vary a bit here and there so ride the lake with discretion and caution.

Kristy with a nice 22.5" walleye tonight. Caught and released to spawn another day.
