IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING THE TRAILS FOR THIS WEEKEND.
As of 10 am today, we had verification from the Forest Service that both Marienville and Timberline trails will be open for the weekend. We will have permits available at our office until sold out. We also still have rooms available for these days that you can book via our website. We hope to see you this weekend, Happy Trails!

Due to the recent government shutdown, the trails will no longer be opening October 10-12 as of now. We would love for you to still visit us and explore the beautiful forest! We will not be selling ATV or OHM passes for these dates unless the budget passes. We will post any and all updates to this page. Thank you for all of your continued support.

Cost is $50 per machine/driver and $10 for every passenger.

Please be cautious about the width of your machine (64" maximumon) and ALL HELMETS must be DOT approved for all Forest service trails. Insurance and registration required.

This ride helps us maintain equipment and resources to serve our community and neighboring communities throughout the year. Thank you all for your continued support.

The Tour-De-Forest is a an ATV leisure ride through the scenic Allegheny National Forest on designated forest roads and trails that are not usually open to ATV traffic. The Tour-De-Forest has a very low difficulty level and is good for riders of all ages and experience to enjoy! This event is put together for ATV enthusiast to have the opportunity to ride and experience different areas that are not normally open to ATV’s. We thank you very much and hope you enjoy the ride!

We just wanted to send out a quick message that we have a couple of lodge rooms available for the Tour De Forest weekend due to a cancelation. We also have available some RV/tent electric and RV/tent non-electric sites.
The trail riding season is quickly coming to an end.
If you just want to get away for awhile, go sit by a fire, or maybe check out the changing of the leaves, make a reservation at Forest Lodge and Campground. We would love to have you stay with us.

Shout out to everyone who stayed with us so far this season. Just wanted to mention we had some cancelations for October's Tour De Forest weekend, there are 2 White House rooms and the cabin available.
I also wanted to give a shout out to a couple returning, very successful, trail riding events in July and thank them for having them at the Lodge. This was the third year each had there event at the Lodge and we are lucky to have them. One is the Appalachian ADV, which promote Dual Sport styles of motorbiking through various media formats, education and safety, & hosting group rides, rallies, and guided tours. Check them out at AppalachianADV.com. They have great members. The other group I'm pleased to mention is the CMA Roads and Trails (Christian Motorcycle Association). This is a wonderful group of members who have chapters all over the country. They have riding events for members and non-members alike. Their Mission:
To inspire their leaders and members to be the most organized, advanced, equipped, financially stable organization, full of integrity in the motorcycling industry and the Kingdom of God. Check them out at CMAUSA.org. They have already committed to their 4th event next year.

Its always nice to see our returning guests, some have been coming to the Lodge for decades, and we've gotten many new people also. To tell you the truth, there are many times we have a full boat and we hate to not have accommodations when people want them. So, I'm looking into adding mini cabins that I will call bunkhouses. They would have 4 bunks, mini refrigerator, microwave, electric burners for cooking, coffee pot, and maybe hot/cold polar water..... no bathrooms but nearby Port-a-John's. Stay tuned on that. Also, I'm going to add more electric and non-electric sites.
There are not many trail riding days left so make you're reservations soon.

We had another great rally at the Forest Lodge and Campground the last weekend of July. A huge thank you to all the Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA) riders who visited us that weekend. Cliff and the other leaders and organizers always put on a great event. Thank you to all involved, we hope we made your stay memorable!
