We’re excited to share the news of our latest acquisition: Hyatt House Atlanta Cobb Galleria, a 149-room upscale extended-stay hotel.

Ideally situated in one of Atlanta’s premier office and entertainment corridors, the hotel benefits from strong corporate and leisure demand. Just minutes from our doorstep is The Battery Atlanta, a 2.25 million square foot mixed-use destination anchored by Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, along with numerous corporate headquarters.

Originally built as a LEED-Certified hotel, we’re energized by the opportunity to elevate the entire experience. We’ll be embarking on an update of the hotel, from the exterior to the guest suites to all public spaces, ensuring the hotel reaches its fullest potential.
