This past weekend was full of fun with parents and friends of the IWU Girls' Soccer team, but I had the chance to realy bond with David, Kimberly and Karly King from San Diego for a couple of reasons...1) I was a little late 2) They were still on San Diego time, so 10:30 breakfast was good! Dave is the Director of the HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area) for San Diego and the border between the US and Mexico! Wife, Kimberly, is an Emmy award- winning host and TV personality who has her own media company. She is also a champion for Dementia and Alzheimers. In August, Kimberly and her mother were featured on ABC's Nightline, promoting a one-of-a-kind daycare using "Reminiscence Therapy." Surely our country needs more places like this! Parent/Player Reception and Celebration for IWU's Women's Soccer Team:) after their big win. The #9 Wildcats will play Saturday, Nov. 23 at 2 pm in the NAIA National Championship Opening Round on the Taylor University's campus. Best of Luck, Girls!
