Wonderful stay! Recently my husband and I—along with another couple—spent a few nights at Old Oak Inn when we came down for the James Dean festivities and car show. It was a last-minute booking ,and we were not sure what to expect. What a happy surprise! The inn is charming! Clean, well-appointed rooms. Comfortable beds in quiet surroundings. Delicious food, first-class service. We absolutely loved it! And Karen, our innkeeper, could not have been more gracious. (Plus, she's a great cook!) We will definitely be visiting again.

"The INN was so beautiful. The Hostess very gracious and accommodating. Treated us like family. We had the place to ourselves for the weekend. The room was very nicely done, clean, and appealing. The rate to stay was very reasonable. Breakfast was very delicious. She even catered to my pickiness. Will always stay here when going back to Indiana. All the amenities you could ever need within 10 mins. You have to stay here when you come."

I could stay here forever! This place is as perfect as it gets. Mrs. Karen was so accommodating and friendly; she was more than happy to chat and was so pleasant. Breakfast was more than enough and the coffee was really good. The view from the house is exactly what you'd desire from a Midwest farmhouse, with corn rows for miles and plenty of peace and quiet. Although the house was built in 1903 the rooms were updated sufficiently with modern amenities and nicely tiled bathrooms. I CANNOT wait to stay here again this September when I return for the James Dean Festival in neighboring Fairmount. I give this B&B an A+

Wonderful experience and stay!! Clean, relaxing and the perfect place to stay when in Marion. What a joy to see the beauty of this home brought back to its Glory and more!! Will definitely be a returning guest. 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Oak Inn. Our host and hostess were very friendly and accommodating! We really appreciated all the little extras like the treats and water bottles in our room. The house is beautifully decorated as well. Everything was clean and first class! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and included a breakfast casserole, two different types of sweet rolls, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and more. Should I happen to be back in the area anytime soon, I will definitely stay again!

I could not have been more relaxed after staying on night at the Old Oak Inn. Spending the evening outside on your property reading a book, watching the sun set, and warming by the brush fire was amazing. Then finishing off the night in soaking in the old fashioned tub in my room. Thanks for the great evening, great conversations, wonderful hospitality, and a breakfast fit for a king.

It is a red-letter today at Old Oak Inn...the new sign has been installed! Thank you to Kraig Snowden at Signs, etc. for the awesome design work and to my husband, Dan, for building and installing the sign.
