It’s been a long time coming — but we’re thrilled to share that our property is officially open for guests!

Tucked away on 6 acres - just 10 minutes from downtown Mariposa, and one-hour from Yosemite - you’ll find 20+ climbable boulders, a 14-hole disc golf course (soon to be 18), and a private guest suite with its own entrance.

After being featured in Climbing Magazine back in 2021, we weren’t quite ready for visitors. Now we’re offering 20% off our first three bookings — a little thank you to everyone who has been waiting since the start.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from Lola and the Boulder Farm! This year we planted a live Colorado spruce from ! We’re very excited to decorate and watch it grow each holiday season 🎄

Hello there! We have a lot of new followers so we’d like to reintroduce ourselves.

Dean and Will Pollard (second photo) have been living in Mariposa since 2016.

Dean is a disabled veteran who was looking for property to homestead, when he found the 6 acres in Mariposa. Originally it was just to be a family home, but once seeing the potential in the rocks, the idea of the Boulder Farm grew.

Since then a lot has happened, including renovating the ground floor to a vacation rental, creating a nine-hole disc golf course, and hosting local community climbing nights once a week.

We haven’t officially opened the vacation rental, but we are excited that the word is getting out. We appreciate all of the support we’ve had from our local community, friends and family, and realize we couldn’t have come this far without it.
