We will be posting fun trivia questions, riddles, and random things to get to know our staff through out the month from the chef. The first customer that comes in, and gives the correct answers will win a prize!

Meet Our New General Manager – Tiffany Ryder

The Greenbrier Grille is excited to welcome Tiffany Ryder as its new General Manager.

Tiffany brings more than 25 years of restaurant experience to the role, having started in the industry at just 14 years old. Throughout her career, she has worked in virtually every position a restaurant has to offer, giving her a deep understanding of both the front and back of the house and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.

In addition to her extensive hospitality background, Tiffany has spent the past 20 years working in the nursing field, where she developed a strong commitment to serving others, leadership, and compassion. While she is taking a break from healthcare, she is excited to return full-time to her lifelong passion for the restaurant industry.

As General Manager, Tiffany looks forward to building relationships with guests, supporting her team, and becoming an active part of the community. She is committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere where great food, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality come together.

Tiffany is excited for this new adventure and looks forward to welcoming both familiar faces and new guests to the Greenbrier Grille.
