Our Story

We are a “mom-n-pop shop” built in 1973. We think our guests tell it best so here’s a few words from them...

Cute, comfortable and cozy hotel with exceptional old fashioned hospitality. Rooms are old but in a clean, quaint way. Amazing views and great location just outside of town. Good value for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s not a cookie cutter hotel. Nice pool area. A small place close to the lake that fit my budget. Nothing fancy but safe and clean. Loved that it was across from a beautiful bike trail that took me along Lake Superior and into downtown Marquette. The rooms, while outdated*, are clean and have a beautiful view of the water. Kind of old school, simple. We loved the kitchenette. Good night’s sleep, affordable and clean. Loved being away from the hustle and bustle. Simple--but good quality--continental breakfast foods set out in the office to take back to your room. Check-in was quick and friendly. By far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. You may bring your dog if you have one.
