🌠 Wish upon a star — or a hundred! The Perseid meteor showers are BACK, and Glenwood RV Resort is your summer shooting star sanctuary. While camping at Glenwood, start observing the night skies from Mid July through Mid August. The peak number of shooting stars (meteors) for viewing will start around 11 p.m. on Aug. 12 till dawn, the skies will dazzle nightly. 🛻⛺

Whether you’re here for a night or a week, our Entertainment Hill offers clear night skies and quiet surroundings make Glenwood the ideal basecamp for meteor magic. 🚐 Whatever your camping needs are, from Full hookups to simple tent sites and everything in-between we have plenty of space. ✨ There's nothing quite like watching the sky light up with shooting stars—and at Glenwood RV Resort, you're in the perfect spot to do it! 🌌 With minimal light pollution and areas with open skies, our campground offers front-row seats to the Perseid Meteor Shower. Start observing the night skies around 11 p.m. for best viewing. This meteor shower is active from mid-July until late August and will peak on the night of Aug. 12, before dawn on Aug. 13, 2025. Viewers should start observing around 11 p.m. when the rates of shooting stars increase and can watch the sky until dawn. Come camp with us and enjoy one of nature’s most magical shows. 🌠⛺🔭
