Haven’t updated in a while because we’ve hit that point where it’s a waiting game now….meaning we are waiting for the septic system to be installed before we can move forward, but we were able to get some cleanup taken care of over the last couple of days!! Shouldn’t be too much longer before spots will be available for mobile homes!! If you have one or know someone looking for a place to put it, get with us soon to reserve a spot!!

UPDATE FROM THE LAST MONTHS UPGRADES…..Driveway repair, facelift with the dumpster relocated from the front, electrical panels installed and hooked up with service….Almost ready for new tenants if you or someone you know is looking for quiet,country, peaceful, very affordabale place to call home. Progress being made in the last several weeks!! Trees are being removed, water leaks being fixed and new lines are being installed, and electrical poles and service boxes are being installed!! NEXT is driveway repair and removal of additional trees and stumps…..then it will be septic time!!
