Darren Terry, an adult leader in Troop 205 out of Nixa, MO., and an Eagle Scout, is being credited for saving a man’s life. A motorcyclist sustained life threatening injuries after an incident in Springfield. Darren witnessed the incident and kept the victim stable until paramedics could arrive. For his life saving efforts, Darren was awarded the BSA Lifesaving and Meritorious Action Award.

Thank you for all the Scouts who camp to our first Outdoor Fun Festival this past weekend at Camp Arrowhead. Bass Pro hosted an AMAZING event to get our kids outdoors and having fun! Thank you to our Bass Pro Shops friends who already told us they are looking forward to making it even better next year!
