Meet Caroline, our chef extraordinaire for the 2026 season at Bonanza Creek Ranch! 👩‍🍳✨

Caroline first joined us in 2020 as a guest, and over the years she continued returning to the ranch, becoming part of the Bonanza Creek family. This summer, she made the journey back once again—this time stepping into the kitchen to share her incredible culinary talents with our guests.

From delicious meals to creative dishes made with care, Caroline brings passion, skill, and a whole lot of heart to everything she creates. We feel incredibly lucky to have her with us this season and can’t wait for our guests to experience her amazing cooking.

A glimpse into life on the ranch. 🤠🐄

While Bonanza Creek Ranch guests may see cattle throughout the season, this cattle drive is part of the working operation at TG Ranch, Bonanza Creek Ranch’s sister ranch.

Moving cattle to summer pasture is an important part of ranch life and a tradition that continues each year across these Montana landscapes. It takes good horses, dedicated ranchers, and plenty of miles to care for the herd and keep the operation running.

We’re grateful to be part of a ranching heritage that has been stewarding this land for generations.
