BIG NEWS ✨ Tyler is now accepting a select few custom builds!! His contact information is on the last page 😍

ALSO- we plan to start spending a lot more time over here on this page! And will be sharing a mix of behind the scenes of his builds… the good, the bad, and the ugly! 😅 AND also our favorite spots…. To eat, drink and adventure in East Tennessee area 👏🏼🧡 (adventures, custom itineraries for your trip, etc)

Little River Tiny House

We are a short term rental on Little River in Maryville, TN! Our goal is to be open by Labor Day 2020 :) We can’t wait to have you come stay! We are only 15 min to the airport, 25 min to Knoxville, and 55 min to all the Smoky Mountain National Parks/Hikes! We will provide you with fresh coffee, (that’s a no brainer in this household), kayak rentals and a shuttle up to Walland to drop the kayaks in (it’s a 3-4 hour kayak ride back), star gazing deck, seating around a huge rock fire pit, seating on covered deck with propane fire, free WiFi, electric fireplace and TV, recommendations for restaurants, hikes, etc. and we will sleep 4 guests! Can’t wait to meet you :)
