Our charcuterie board is more than an appetizer. It reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, local sourcing, and honoring East Tennessee's agricultural heritage.

From house-cured meats, many sourced from Chef Trevor Stockton’s family heritage pig farm, Stockton Farm, to house-made pickles, preserves, and freshly baked sourdough crafted with regional flours, every element is thoughtfully prepared from start to finish.
