7 bedrooms. 4 bathrooms. A private movie theater, barrel sauna, hot tub, arcade, game room, and custom bunk room — all under one roof in McGaheysville, Virginia.

We built this one for the trips that take a year to plan. The family reunion that finally came together. The milestone birthday your group has been talking about. The “we need to all be in one place” weekend that keeps getting pushed.

Every room was designed with intention — not just to sleep people, but to give everyone somewhere they actually want to be. The theater is for the movie nights that become traditions.
