🌲The Evergreen’s outdoor spaces were designed with intention and flow.

🍽The upper deck, just steps from the kitchen, makes cooking and gathering easy with a large grill (propane provided), al fresco dining for 18, and a fire pit lounge for slow evenings together.

🧖‍♀️Downstairs, off the game room, the lower level becomes its own outdoor hangout with additional dining seating, four swinging egg chairs, a hot tub for seven, and a six-person cedar barrel sauna.

Whether the group is spread out or all together, everyone has a place to land.

This is outdoor living that works for real group stays, from morning coffee to relaxed evenings under the stars 🌙 ✨

😅This wasn’t about squeezing in more beds.

We designed this custom bunk room so kids, teens, and cousins would have a space that feels fun and functional without taking away from adult comfort elsewhere in the home.

🛌Twin beds over queen beds with a SLIDE!
💡Individual lights and charging for every bunk.
🛅A dresser, luggage rack, towel hooks, and a gaming console.
✨And yes — a little Star Wars magic. ✨

It’s one of the most talked-about rooms in the house and one more reason multi-family groups love staying at the Evergreen Retreat.

Because when kids have a space they’re excited about, everyone sleeps better. 😴

🌲When we bought The Evergreen, the bedrooms didn’t match the scale of the home.

They were functional but they didn’t invite rest, retreat, or long stays.

⚒So we rebuilt them with intention.

👑Six king suites. A custom bunk room for kids and cousins. Layered linens, thoughtful lighting, and layouts that finally make sense for groups up to 18.

💤Because great vacations don’t just happen in living rooms, they happen after a full night of sleep.

This is what elevated design looks like. ✨
