Here's a huge whole renovation I recently completed on a 1923 all brick home that had extensive water damage from a badly leaking roof. Structure and roof were repaired and or replaced, all mechanicals were replaced including switching over from boiler heat to forced air. Kitchen and bathrooms were all gutted and remodeled, hardwood floors refinished, all walls and ceilings either replaced or skim coated. New windows, soffits, fascia, and gutters. New rooftop deck and so much more. This house is essentially a 100 year old brand new home. All the beautiful craftsmanship from a time when tradesman really took pride in their work, with all the conveniences and comfort of modern technology and materials. As a company this will likely be the final "flip", moving forward the focus of this company will be home renovations for customers, with a hope to potentially start building homes in the future
