Side 2 near completion. We had to pull the trim off and it pulled off paint so tonight I will touch it up. The room has been deep cleaned and is ready for touchup paint and the flooring! The other side is in need of some touchup paint and a deep cleaning, then the floor mirror will be painted and ready to furnish. We are so close!  Once we are finished with the inside we will power-wash. The exterior will be a work in progress. We plan to be open once the interior is done. We will tackle painting the exterior and landscaping after season. The big house as well.

This guy has made himself comfortable here in the absence foot-traffic. I see him just about every day now and he doesn’t even run when I walk close. I don’t know how to dispatch of him, yet I know he’s invasive and a destroyer of seawalls. Grrr!

I decided that the white ceiling was too stark for a bedroom. This is room two, Tom’s old room. I decided to match the ceiling to the walls, much less work in cutting in and a warmer look.
