Sorry for the gap in updates. My dad was battling terminal cancer and recently passed away. He is with my mom now, Serenity Bay has another angel looking out for it. We are back at it and finally on the home stretch.

Foam floor going down in room 3 today. We are doing a test run. We can pull the flooring up before a hurricane so we don’t have to spend money on flooring each time we get flooded. We’re not sure if it’s going to be durable enough, it’s going in the bedroom so not too much traffic. It feels great on your feet. That’s for sure.

Room #3 bathroom (water side) complete. My husband is the person behind this renovation, he has done it all by himself on nights and weekends, twice! I might be the blood sweat and tears on the place, but I sure couldn’t do it without him.
