Our favorite time of year is here . The leaves are changing and the mornings are cooler . If your on the trails stop by and check out the very last 4 sites we have left . 19/22/3/33 . Excellent riding all the way to Christmas. With year round water and 100 amp power at each site old man winter 🥶 ain’t got nothing on us .

Located at 3976 PetersGap Road Rock WV . We have 4 sites available for annual lease at the moment . Sites 3 / 21 /19/ 33 . Come check us out if you’re in the area . Water year round . All sites have 50/30/20 direct metered power with Appalachian Electric .

Private family atmosphere. We have a private gated parking lot for your trucks and trailers , private resort with great folks and awesome views with close proximity to Outlaw and H&M Pinnacle Creek - Indian Ridge - Pocahontas - Barkers Creek area .
