I received a letter from KeyBank to inform me a new fee. The fee was called inactivity fee which was to be $10.00 a month. I called the number on the letter on December 17.I was on the phone for over an hour waiting for the next agent. I was then told they could not compete the call because of tec problems. I called again on December 18 and got the same run around. No one ever answered the phone. So I went on line looking for a phone number for the Bank in Denver. This number was different after about a 1/2 hour of not getting anyone to answer I hung up. What is going on with this? Is this a case of fraud?
