I'll be at the East Texas Book Bash on Saturday, Dec 10th...the lady I share a booth with Barbara's Sew Crazy will have some of my salsa in Hawkins TX for the Christmas in the Park event. So, stop by the Christmas in the Park to pick up some salsa and check out the other vendors, then come to the East Texas Book Bash to meet over 30+ authors and get free wine.

Had a great time at the East Texas Booktacular this past weekend! Served the authors and their assistant's my Triple Pepper & Spicy Bacon Salsa's and our new Green Salsa. Everyone loved it to the point we had none left at the end of the day!! Thank you for letting me share my salsa and I'll see everyone this coming weekend at First Monday Trade Days in Canton, TX!!!

Michael made up a new green salsa for those that can't do tomatoes. Now, we need a name for it. Ingredients: Avocados, Bacon, Ranch, Green Chillis, and spices. Our daughter says it's really delicious and creamy with just a very mild spice.
