Independence day is just around the corner. Given the history of taxes on tea and whatnot, it's pretty much our patriotic duty to drink coffee.
I'm in the shop today, roasting fresh coffee for you all. If you're particular about what you want you could order a drink and relax in the shop while I roast some beans especially for you.

For my light roast fans I've got something special in the shop today. Just one bag! Ethnic Remix, a blend of Kenyan coffee and El Salvadoran grown from seeds from that same Kenyan Co-op. It's got a bright, almost grapefruit like citrus on the front end followed by hocolatey notes with a nutty finish.
