Today I'm going to french press some Yemeni Mokka. If you're interested in trying some classic old world coffee, stop by the shop. I've only got enough for a couple of presses so this will be first come first serve. I don't really know how to price this tasting so I'll leave it up to you. Try the coffees and pay what you think it's worth.

Let's talk about coffee for a minute. A lot of coffee shops are known for their mactcha, or chai tea lattes, or baked goods, or sandwiches, or exciting events. I'm not really interested in any of that. Sure I want all of the peripheral stuff to be top notch, but really, I'm just all about the coffee. I want to have the best coffee. Most shops in our area are selling the same coffee but not us. We roast our own. Sourcing spectacular beans, roasting them to perfection, and brewing up spectacular coffee. Come give us a try and taste the difference for yourself.

A small group today but we had a really good time. Thanks to those who came out this month and we hope the rest of you will join us next month.
I'm keeping the shop open late today. Come on out and get a cup of the best coffee around.
