Sandusky River Retreat Sandusky River Retreat is a Family Friendly Seasonal Campground. We offer Standard and Premium Lots for RVs. Our camping season begins May 1st.

Seasonal, Monthly, Weekly and Weekend Rates Available. Our last day of the season is Oct. 31st.
40 permanent campsites with water, septic and electric. Shower/bath house available. We also have a few "weekend lots" that don't have water or septic, but do have electric. The camping grounds has a 4 acre quarry. Historically, it was mined as a sandpit. There is a designated beach area for swimming, a sand volleyball set up and small play area for kids. The Sandusky River wraps around the camping, allowing access for campers to use the shallow river for recreation as well, including fishing and canoeing. We allow golfcarts and four wheelers.

Beach area will be closed starting tomorrow until further notice, for inflatables removal process. Sorry for the inconvienence, this is for everyone's safety. Thank you!

We will start removing the waterpark inflatables this afternoon. Once the removal process has begun, the Waterpark will no longer be safe to use. This is to ensure adequate time to properly clean and store the pieces for winter. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to everyone enjoying them next season!
