Over all of these years I have remained grounded through some of the best friends I made at Always ready to rise up and answer the call, we have all leaned into each other over the years as our lives took off on our great journeys. Angie remains one of my best friends, her love of nature and fearlessness to defend it and her readiness to sing Nelly songs (she hails from St. Louis) at any karaoke bar remain unmatched. When she finally let sweet Drew marry her (a joke, being they have been in love for almost 20 years) she said “I told him I wanted to throw a big party and I get to pick the music” - well, Drew did not hesitate with that compromise. We boarded the and went on quite the adventure all together, one of our now endless adventures that could fill many books. A party was indeed had.
