Inspired by a family history rooted in hospitality and service, Karina's career has been shaped by the people who came before her, including her father, who spent decades helping transform hotels across Puerto Rico.

"My father taught me the value of hard work and taking pride in everything you do. He instilled in me that, as a woman and a Latina, there are no limits to what I can achieve."
