Midweek update on cabin 2…. 3 sides are fully sided front is 3/4 sided, just need 3 more pieces of F channel and 6 more hours we will have the outside of cabin 2 DONE!!!

Cabin 2 update: This weekend saw significant progress - the final two windows were installed, the porch was framed, and the back wall was sided. Half of the soffit has been installed, and work on the front wall siding has begun. Exterior outlet boxes are in place. The weekend was highly productive. More updates to come.

🌾 Meet the Team 🌾

I’m posting this against their will, but these two absolutely deserve to be recognized! If you’ve been following our cabin builds, these are the men behind the magic.

Tim Kennedy and Marshall Braaten are lifelong McLeod locals who decided to build something honest and useful right here on the prairie.

-Tim brings a blend of healthcare experience, construction skills, and genuine hospitality.

-Marshall brings decades of land management, excavation work, and the kind of practical wisdom you only get from shaping the countryside yourself.

When they aren’t building cabins, fixing something, or planning the next project, the both of them enjoy traveling (occasionally with their wives 😉)!

These cabins wouldn’t exist without them!
