Peak Season-$250/nt, $1,750/wk
Early season- $200/nt, $1,300/wk
Off season- $150/nt,
$1000/wk
Additional Cleaning and Pet fees

Waterfront cottage on Upper Silver Lake, 5 minutes from Silver Lake Sand Dunes area of west Michigan. We have lake access for boating, fishing, kayaking and swimming on one of the largest bays on the lake. We have a large football size field across the road from the cottage to play games and other activities. We have parking for 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles with trailers.

We are accepting week long stays in July. We have July 6-13 and 13-20 available.
We are also accepting shorter stays Memorial Day thru June 28th and July 27th thru Labor day. Only blocked off days are June 14-21.

2023 is here and we are already booked in July. We are taking reservations for weekly rentals for late June or early August. For all other times we are taking reservations for 3 nights or longer depending on the date. Email us at [email protected] with requested dates or questions. For pricing click the About tab. We do have a cleaning fee of $125 per stay and a Pet fee of $80 for 4 nights or longer and $40 for 3 nights or less. We are a single family owned cottage that has been renting our cottage for 10+ years. You deal directly with the owners during the booking process and throughout your stay. Looking forward to you staying at our cottage.
