🎥 FILM PREMIERE SCREENING ANNOUNCEMENT 🎥

The Lost Children of Carlisle:
A WGAL 8 and Very Local Documentary
Wednesday, July 12 @ 7:00PM

Film Panel discussion with WGAL News 8's Matt Barcaro follows the screening.

“Join WGAL 8 and Very Local at the Carlisle Theatre for the premiere of "The Lost Children of Carlisle". This heart wrenching documentary tells the untold story of Native American families seeking to bring home the remains of their ancestors from the Carlisle Indian School.

'The Lost Children of Carlisle’ was directed by WGAL News 8’s Matt Barcaro and produced by WGAL 8 and Very Local. The film explores the legacy of cultural erasure in America, a multi-layered story that can't be told without recognizing the painful legacy of the Carlisle Indian School right here in the Susquehanna Valley.

Matt Barcaro, WGAL News 8 Anchor and Documentary Director, will be there in person for a panel discussion following the screening.

This event is free and open to the public, but spaces are limited. To secure your seat, early registration is recommended by Friday, July 7.”
