Jazz under the stars on the square this weekend!

Jazz Under the Stars: NEO Jazz Orchestra
Saturday, July 11, at 7:00 pm
Uptown Park, Medina, OH

ORMACO continues its summer concert series with the Northeast Ohio Jazz Orchestra at Medina's Uptown Park Gazebo on Saturday, July 11 at 7 pm. Led by drummer Frank Margida, and highlighted by tenor saxophone player Jimmy Witherspoon, and vocalists Peggy Coyle and Larry Davis, the band plays a mix of classic jazz and modern pieces.

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and picnics to enjoy this free outdoor concert.
☔️In the event of rain, the concert will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 317 East Liberty Street, Medina, OH 44256. For more information, call 419-853-6016.

About NEO Jazz Orchestra
The NEO Jazz Orchestra has been around for a few decades. It originated as The Chapel Big Band and is currently composed of retired professionals, attorneys, engineers and an airline pilot, as well as numerous full time high school band directors and professional musicians. Led by drummer Frank Margida and highlighted by tenor saxophone player, Jimmy Witherspoon and vocalists Peggy Coyle and Larry Davis, the band plays a mix of classic jazz and modern pieces.

The back patio is open for Spitzer House Social Society Members and guests! Our “ wild life “ refuge is kicking in. This year we have a ground hog, raccoon, opossum, chipmunks, squirrels, our Koi and gold fish and a huge variety of birds. The lightening bugs have returned at sundown with our pesticide free environment. We hope you will be joining us soon for a little respite in the middle of town.
