Went to the Needles Eye today with Tammy Dietz and her hubby Donald and a group from Michigan. It was everyone's last day. Beth Meyer, Joy Meyer, Owen Anderson and Christina Robinson. At the end, we decided to go off roading and went to explore somewhere I had never been. Came upon a really old bone pile. As we investigated to see what it was, we found the head. In its former life it was a very impressive buffalo. It is still there for someone else to stumble upon. On our way out, we found one heck of a fun trail across the top of a butte and down the other side.

New guests Tammy and Donald Dietz enjoying their first ride yesterday. They have had amazing weather. Love how these pictures turned out. Today they rode the Maah Daah Hey. They lost something along the way so they went one way and than rode all the way back 22 miles! Tammy Dietz

Today was a super fun day at Painted Canyon. The animals were plentiful. Saw more bison than we could count, horses, elk, blue racer snake and a coyote. It was Diane Gross and friends last day and we were joined by the nicest family for their first ride. Liz and Ryan Ahrendt and their 5 children are staying with us. They only have 3 horses so Ryan, Mary Kate and Mabel joined us today.

Today I took Chuck and Diane Gross to the Needles Eye with their friends Carla and Loretta. We were able to cut the wind and had a great day. We even did a little exploring which added a little unexpected adventure at the end....no one died so that was great! This was Chuck and Diane Gross's 3rd time here.

Jeff pretty much sold most of his metal art this summer so he starting working on filling up the display again for nest year. Here are some new designs he came up with. The pony shoe crosses are so dang cute. As I was decorating someone bought 3 before they hit the display board.
